3 medium onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tspn of garlic paste
1 tspn of ginger paste
Salt as required
1 tspn chilli powder
Heat the oil in a medium sized pan add the onions and fry until brown. Add the spices to the onions, and cook for further 3 minutes.
Add the tomatoes with the juice and green peppers and cook further for 10 minutes until sauce is nice and thick.
Add the shelled prawns and cook further for 10 minutes and serve hot with boiled rice and green salad.
