Daadi Clothes Swap

Daadi Clothes SwapsFashion That Fights Waste and helps women and children in India.
There are enough clothes on the planet to dress the next seven generations – yet we keep buying more. Daadi, a bold new fashion movement based in Costa Blanca, Spain, is saying enough and flipping the script on consumption with its unique clothes Daadi Clothes Swap concept.
More than just second-hand shopping, Daadi is a system that measures impact. Customers bring pre-loved clothes, choose new-to-them items, and return coloured tags that help track how much clothing is being saved from landfill. Since February, Daadi has saved over 64,000 kg of CO₂ – that’s the equivalent of driving a car around the Earth six times – simply by reducing the demand for new production.
Founder Lauren Staton explains, “Our goal isn’t to sell more clothes – it’s to move clothes on. We track the items swapped, not sold. Every garment rehomed is a win for the planet.”
Daadi’s shops in Jalon and Moraira have become community hubs where women swap stories as well as outfits. Weekly workshops turn discarded fabrics into bags, gifts, and decorations, further proving that nothing needs to go to waste.
Whether you’re on a budget, want to live more sustainably, or just love fashion with a story, Daadi welcomes you with open arms (and open wardrobes). Daadi Clothes Swap – Join the movement, dress mindfully, and be part of something that truly fits the future.
