A MEGA MARATHON IN DECEMBER

After an amazingly successful year of performing concerts at many venues and raising over 1000€ for various charities, Melody Makers Singing Group Quesada, will definitely not be sitting back and resting over the Christmas period.

December is definitely going to be a marathon of Concerts for the group in the run up to Christmas. They have over 10 concerts lined up in December and several booked for January, so popular are the singing group that they have even had to sadly turn down invitations to perform at events as they hadn’t enough days in the month to fit all the offers in.
The groups popularity and fame is growing, so much so that even though they were only formed 2 years ago, all their hard work and dedication has paid off and they have been invited to sing at many charity Christmas Events.
The Melody Makers Singing Group’s final event of the Christmas season is at the very prestigious event ‘Carols in the Square’ in Torrevieja, on Friday 13th at 6pm. It will be the group’s first appearance at the event and they are honoured to be asked to take to the stage to sing as they are the only English choir to be invited to this year’s event.
With all these musical events ahead the singing group are currently working very hard with rehearsals to make sure their performances are up to their usual high standards.
Melody Makers Singing Group Quesada are always ready to offer a warm welcome to new members, so if you like singing and are looking for a new interest, why not come along and see what we do? We are a mixed, international singing group and we rehearse every Tuesday, 2-4pm at Lakeview bar and restaurant, 16 Calle Toledo, Quesada, no audition necessary, we sing for fun and raise money for charity along the way, so why not come along and meet us?
