- 600g diced chicken
- 2 large onions sliced, boiled until translucent and then blended. (onion sauce)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 3 tspn ginger paste
- 3 tspn garlic paste
- few cardamom, cloves, bay leaves
- salt as required- sugar as required 
- 1 tspn chilli powder
- 1 tspn turmeric 
- small handful of almond flakes
- 4 tbspn of almond powder 
- 300 ml cooking cream
- 200 ml water
- small cup of oil

Heat the oil, add the diced onions, fry until soft and golden brown.Add ginger, garlic and the whole spices and fry slowly. Add the chicken and mix well and cook well.Add onion sauce, cream, water, salt, sugar, dried spices and finally add the almond powder.Cook on a medium heat, to a thick and rich sauce.Check for flavour, salt, sugar, chilli, etc.Garnish with almond flakes.
