As some of you may know, Shirley the former owner of Slim4Life in Spain has now retired. She has helped hundreds of people over the years, to lose weight and maintain the weight loss, becoming better and healthier versions of themselves and we would like to say a huge thank you to her on behalf of all those she has helped. However, her legacy and methods have not gone, Slim4life will carry on with her continued support and mentorship.

As the new owners of Slim4life.es we aim to carry on with the Slim4life programme and hope to offer the same level of support and coaching as Shirley has. We are working with the same official distributors as before, with a full stock of products. We are both certified weight loss coaches, with personal experience with the Slim4Life plan and our own weight loss journeys, so we understand the obstacles and challenges that you may face.

We aim to help you understand the reasons behind the weight gain, providing continued support to help change the way you use and think about food, so you can achieve long term weight loss and a happier, healthier way of life.
