At Animae, we always conduct a thorough interview with new clients so we can get to know them and help them get fit. Of course, we're here to help you with the "how", but unless you know "why" you're doing this and "what" your goals are, the "how" is impossible to know.
There are many reasons "why". It might be that you want to lose weight through getting fit, either for a specific event or a lifestyle change. It might be for medical reasons, or a number of other things.
The "what" is your goal. What exactly do you want to achieve and what are the time frames around that. This may remind you of so called SMART goals. If you can be Specific, Measurable, Achievable Realistic and Timebound, you're more likely to get there.
