The Colina Club Village comprises 48 Independent Living Apartment’s are configured to provide either one or two bedrooms in 5 two-storey phases. These are arranged around the swimming pool to take full advantage of the spectacular views over the countryside and on out to the Mediterranean Sea and Peñon de Ifach.
The apartments offer long-term unfurnished rentals for those who are looking for a caring, quiet, family-orientated, small village atmosphere in which to live.
The apartments were specifically designed so that the ground-floor and first-floor apartments have level access (just one small step) from the parking area directly outside. No stairs or lifts to negotiate.
The free minibus service goes into Calpe, Monday through Friday. Every other Saturday it goes to Calpe and to the local markets.

The Colina Club’s Club House

The building that used to house the Residence is being converted into the Club House for the benefit of the apartment residents. The weekly social night, chair yoga with Patricia and other activities are now taking place in the Club House with many more activities planned for the near future.
