Connecting Through Nature, Wellness, and Community
As the heat of summer begins to ease, I can’t help but feel excited. Soon, cooler days will return, and with them, the perfect opportunity to get outside, hike, walk, talk, and connect again.
Are you feeling isolated? A bit stagnant in life? Getting out in nature – walking, talking, and sharing time with others – can be the perfect antidote. Don’t be shy. We’re a friendly, welcoming group of like-minded people all looking to improve our way of life.
For me, walking has never been just about the physical benefits – although moving our bodies is essential. It’s about connection. Connecting through nature, with others, and most importantly, to ourselves. That’s the heart of Walk Your Way Well.
Our community brings together people who want to share moments, conversations, and experiences. Some of our events are about fitness, others focus on food, and many explore wellness from different angles – but all are designed to feed both body and mind. I believe fitness of the mind is just as important as fitness of the body, and I aim to create spaces where both can thrive.
If you’d like to hear about upcoming walks, hikes, and events, I have a WhatsApp group where I share the latest news and opportunities to join in. Simply add +34 676 507 791 and say hello. You can also connect with me on Facebook or Instagram at Walk Your Way Well for updates, photos, and inspiration.
In addition to community events, I offer one-on-one and group coaching as a qualified Positive Psychology Coach. I also work with companies to design corporate wellness days, and I’m available for private sessions tailored to individual needs.
Whether we’re sharing a sunrise hike, a nourishing meal, or a deep conversation under the shade of a tree, walking together is much more than walking – it’s about walking your way to connection, growth, and a happier, healthier you.
